INTRODUCTION:

Ever since its foundation, RIXU has been involved in the mixing applications for Flue Gas Desulfurization in coal power stations, and until now, we have gained a lot of know-how and reputation in the domestic market with a lot of successful installations.

RIXU designs the Side Entry Mixers with the considerations of the following features:


1)To avoid deposit in the vessel, 

2)To disperse the gas efficiently, 

3)To run under corrosive and abrasive conditions, 

4)Easily maintained with low cost; the mechanical seal can be replaced on-site.

SPECIFICATIONS:


1)Motor power from 7.5kW to 90 kW, bigger size as per request

2)Power transmission through V-belts, flat or bevel gearbox

3)Bearing pedestal in robust design

4)Shaft sizes from 30 to 140 mm

5)Contact parts made of carbon steel, SS304, SS316L
